Bruce Oliver Newsome

Bruce Oliver Newsome, Ph.D., teaches in the Political Science Department at the University of San Diego. He has held standing faculty appointments at the University of California Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. Before teaching, he consulted to governments while employed at the RAND Corporation. He specializes in risk and security management, homeland security, counter-terrorism, international conflict, and military history.
